Lots of finished stitching pieces!

I haven't been sitting "still" lately. With a lot of work at the office, I managed to take some time to stitch. I've finished stitching three pieces. Just in time for the next month.
Two monthly Christmas ornaments from LHN and one February Floss Tag from The Needle's Content. All I have to do is to finish-finish them.

Today I went to the yearly market in Zwolle: De Handwerkbeurs. And look what I brought home with me. Lots of goodies.
A banddesign with birdhouses by UB-Design, 24(!) pieces of fabric (Romance style), a little purse to make with quiltfabrics and other little goodies (see below).
Isn't it adorable; with a tiny sewing machine.
Ribbon's and pins.

So the finishing of the 3 pieces mentioned earlier will be done the next Sunday. I hope you can't blame me!

January FLoss Tag Finished!!!!!

My first finish in this new year, the January Floss Tag from The Needle's Content.
I finish stitching yesterday and put it together today. My DH put the eyelet in for me.


Stitched on 32 count Heritage Linen from Picture This Plus with Simply Shaker threads by The Gente Art.

This is part of my goal for January, up to the next one! I hope that the Christmasornaments will arrive soon.

A new start, my progress on the Shores and snow again!

Unbelievable, there's snow again! We don't have so much snow in one winter as this one. Not that much as two weeks ago, but still...


Yeah, here's my progress on The Shores of Hawk Run Hollow. As promised I finished Block 6 and 7 on the last day of 2009:

It's the January Floss Tag from The Needle's Content. One for each month! I started this one yesterday on the 1st of the month. Planning is to start each month this way. And because I haven't received the kits for the christmas ornaments yet this is my 2nd goal voor 2010.

I won't make a goal list for this year because I feel very dreadful when I can't realize them. My goals will came along during the year.
